- Ashtabula Career Ladder
- Facilitate Peer Recovery Support (PRS) training at least annually.
- Supported the development of a bachelors in social work (BSW) program at Kent State University and continues to work closely with program leadership.
- Progressive work in the Recovery Friendly Workforce domain, including pursuing Ohio state designation for the Ashtabula County MHRS Board.
- Supports an employment program funded by the Ashtabula County MHRS Board that aims to provide necessary resources to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorder problems.
